We’re thrilled to welcome our newest residents to The Canyons Townhomes here at Ephraim Crossing!

This young couple just moved in after qualifying for the Utah First-Time Home Buyer Credit — congratulations on that big step! He’s a QA Automation Engineer for Healthcare Finance Direct, and his wife, Vee, works as a Caretaker at Temple Ridge RV & Campground in Manti.

They looked at communities in Cedar City and Nephi too, but The Canyons won them over from the first visit. And it’s easy to see why — this is a couple with real roots here. His parents live nearby, he’s got a cousin in Manti, and his family has been visiting the Manti/Ephraim area for more than 20 years, with his mother’s side of the family actually originating here. Add in Vee’s easy commute to Manti, and it was the perfect fit.

They also fell for everything that makes The Canyons special: the Scandinavian modern design, the oversized windows that flood every room with light, the working pantry in the kitchen, the big farmhouse-style kitchen sink, and of course those bold, colorful front doors that give every home its own personality. He also happily admits to being “a bit of a nerd” — so the Ethernet wiring built into every bedroom and family room was a personal favorite touch.
