Step 2: Complete the Purchase Contract
Once you’ve selected your property, you’ll need to complete the purchase contract. This pre-filled document streamlines the buying process and includes all the standard terms for new construction. Simply download your property-specific contract using the dropdown below, review the details, and complete the required fields.
To complete your contract:
- Enter your legal names
- $2,225 is the minimum Earnest Money Deposit
- Enter the property address from the map on Cost Overview Tab
- Boxes checked in Section 1 are standard for new construction
- Determine which loan program best fits your needs
- Loan program details can be adjusted later
- Initial each page at the bottom
- Sign where it says Buyer’s Signature
How to download your contract:
Use the dropdown menu below to select your property. Your pre-filled purchase contract will automatically open in a new tab, ready to download and complete.
Step 3: Sign and Submit the Completed Contract
You’re almost there! Once you’ve completed your purchase contract, submit it using the form below. We’ll review, sign, and return your accepted contract within one week—securing your property so no one else can claim it.
Give us a week to accept and sign.
Once we countersign your contract, your chosen property is officially reserved in your name. We’ll send you the fully executed contract for your records.
Then, it’s yours!
No one else can have it.

What Happens After You Submit?
We’ll review and sign within one week. Once signed, it’s yours—no one else can have it!
Your loan officer can help you determine contract deadline dates based on your approval timeline.
